Model 42 Penn Seahawk reel, made from 1939 -1942, this is a 4 post model with patented plate, chrome metal spool, wooden knobbed handle, waffle clicker on engraved light house and sailing ship scene side plate. Marking on stand is 150 yd. edges slightly filed, Reel metal finish shows a lot of wear, a hairline crack on one side of tail plate, On the plus side, reel winds and free spools smoothly, the clicker is strong. An interesting addition to your collection
