    Early Original M1895 Bavaria Enlisted Picklehaube Helmet Excellent + (2M)
    String early Original M1895 Bavaria Enlisted Picklehaube or Helmet. Helmet is in excellent condition. The leather chin strap is a recent replacement. Front badge retention nuts looks wrong. Shows some wear and leather crinkling. Vented rear spine and what looks like the original liner. Clearly marked indicating size and 2 different acceptance or manufacturing dates. 1915 and 1917. Size looks to read 54. 9" long x 7 1/2" wide x 8" tall. Head opening is about 7" x 6 1/2". A great collectible and display piece.
